Leader of the Opposition Rahul Gandhi has demanded that Prime Minister Narendra Modi order an FIR under the SC/ST Act against individuals who allegedly performed a "purification" ceremony on a stage in Haldwani, Uttarakhand, following a rally by Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge.
