Shape how Spot On's audience experiences the news across platforms in real time. This role is for people who think in posts, not articles, and follow Indian news closely every day.
What you'll do
- Decide what stories get amplified across platforms each day.
- Track breaking news and shape hooks, captions and framing.
- Engage directly with the community and build Spot On's voice.
What you bring
- 2-4 years in social, community or digital-first news media.
- Clear, concise copy on deadline and strong editorial judgment.
- Platform instincts, audience behaviour knowledge and ownership without constant direction.
