BJP MLA Narendra Mehta has agreed to relinquish possession

The dispute dates back to 2011, when Vora alleged that forged documents were used to split the property between two developers. He said he filed an FIR over the alleged forgery in 2015 and later sought a CBI probe, alleging that officials failed to act on his complaints.
