Why Did a Woman SI Slap a Complainant Five Times? Investigation Begins

A disturbing video has surfaced from the Chaubeypur police station area in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, where a woman police sub-inspector is seen repeatedly slapping a woman complainant. People present at the scene intervened to stop the assault. In just eight seconds, the officer allegedly slapped the complainant five times. Police have since taken cognisance of the incident and said that appropriate action will be taken. The reason behind the altercation is also expected to be investigated.
