Supreme Court to hear petition challenging CEC Gyanesh Kumar's functioning

Petitioner Rakesh Kumar Singh has challenged Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar's functioning before the Supreme Court. The petition alleges that some Election Commission of India decisions were made without the concurrence of the other two commissioners, which the ECI disputes.
