Madam Cama Girls Hostel is facing a water crisis

Mumbai University’s Madam Cama Girls Hostel is facing a water crisis, with over 110 students struggling for drinking water and basic sanitation. Students have reportedly been forced to fetch or buy water from outside, with the hostel apparently receiving just 40–50 litres of drinking water a day. The Bombay High Court has now taken suo motu cognisance of the shortage, calling it a serious issue.
