Kerala HC halts arrest of judge whose minor son killed a scooterist with his Mercedes in Kochi crash

The 17-year-old son of an Additional District and Sessions Judge allegedly hit a scooter rider with his father’s Mercedes-Benz, resulting in the rider’s death. The Kerala High Court has now granted relief to the judge by directing that he not be arrested while hearing his anticipatory bail plea.
