Indian Army aviation pilots carried out a high-altitude rescue operation at 18,600 feet on Nun Kun mountain in Kargil, Ladakh, airlifting a patient to safety. With limited space for a landing, the helicopter was operated with a reduced load and limited fuel to carry out the evacuation from the steep mountain terrain.
