Contaminated water leaks into drinking water pipeline connecting Houchpuri and Machhaisa

A resident reports that a main drinking water pipeline running from Houchpuri village to Machhaisa village is submerged under muddy, stagnant surface water. The contaminated water allegedly leaks into the pipeline, from where it is pumped into chambers and distributed to the village for drinking.
