In a video statement, Arvind Kejriwal says he has written to the Prime Minister demanding that fuel pumps offer consumers a choice between E20 blended petrol and pure petrol. Kejriwal also called for E20 blended petrol to be sold at a lower price due to its lower calorific value and lower mileage.
