A high-risk rescue mission is underway in Nepal’s Nuwakot after people were trapped inside a tunnel at the Upper Trishuli 3 ‘A’ Hydropower Project. The Nepali Army is using heavy machinery and controlled blasting to break through and create a larger passage into the tunnel.
